The paid Named in Seoul report is a personalized digital product. This page explains when and how we refund it.

Not generated or not delivered
If your paid report was not generated or never reached your report page and email, contact us and we will redeliver it or refund the purchase in full.
After delivery
Because the report is personalized and delivered immediately after payment, we do not otherwise offer refunds after delivery. If something looks wrong with your report, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — with a corrected report or, where appropriate, a refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@namedinseoul.com from the address used at checkout, with your order or report link. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record.
